Process piping and vessels

To detect fouling/blockages, underground and insulated piping leaks, insulation failure, refractory breakdown.

Thermal image showing the level of fluid within the vessel which cannot be seen in the visible image.

An unseen area of damaged pipe leaking hot gas is identified where the outside surface of the insulated pipe can be seen ‘Hotter’ in the thermal image.

The damaged refractory on the inside of this kiln becomes obvious when viewed externally with an infrared thermal imaging camera.
